ITINERARY 

7:00 AM – Departure from Siem Reap

Leave Siem Reap early in the morning for a scenic 3-hour drive to Battambang.

Morning Tour
10:30 AM – Bamboo Train Ride

Begin your Battambang adventure with a unique ride on the bamboo train. Glide through rice paddies and rural landscapes for an authentic experience of Cambodian countryside life.
11:30 AM – French Colonial Architecture

After the bamboo train ride, explore Battambang city’s charming streets, which feature well-preserved French colonial buildings, such as the central market and the old railway station.
12:30 PM – Lunch

Afternoon Tour
1:30 PM – Phnom Sampeau Hilltop Temples

4:30 PM – Bat Watching at Sunset

Arrive at Phnom Sampeau in time for the famous bat emergence. As the sun sets, thousands of bats fly out of the caves, creating an incredible spectacle in the sky.

6:00 PM – Return to Siem Reap

After the sunset bat-watching experience, begin your journey back to Siem Reap.
9:00 PM – Arrival in Siem Reap
