5-Day Angkor Discovery + Koh Ker, Beng Mealea + Kompong Pluk

Day 1: Angkor Tour - Small Circuit

Begin your exploration with a pickup at 8 AM and visit the peaceful Banteay Kdei Temple. Continue to Ta Prohm, renowned for its giant tree roots and as a filming location for Tomb Raider. Next, see the South Gate of Angkor Thom, Elephant Terrace, Leper King Terrace, Phimeanakas, Baphuon, and the iconic Bayon Temple with its impressive Buddha faces. After a lunch break at a local restaurant (on your own account), visit the grand Angkor Wat Temple and conclude the day with a sunset view from Phnom Bakheng.

Day 2: Angkor Tour - Grand Circuit

Start your day early at 4:45 AM to witness the breathtaking sunrise at Angkor Wat and then return to your hotel for breakfast. At 9 AM, tour Banteay Srei, known for its intricate pink sandstone carvings and often referred to as the “Lady Temple.” After lunch at a local restaurant (on your own account), explore Pre Rup, East Mebon, and Ta Som, which is enveloped by jungle. During the wet season, visit the reflecting pools at Preah Neak Pean and finish the day at the vast Preah Khan Temple.

Day 3: Beng Mealea + Koh Ker TempleBeng Mealea + Koh Ker Temple

After an 8 AM pickup, visit Beng Mealea, a largely unrestored jungle temple celebrated for its atmospheric ruins. Following a lunch break at a local restaurant (on your own account), proceed to the Koh Ker group, including Prasat Thom, Prasat Linga, Prasat Krachap, and Prasat Pram, which are notable for their historical and architectural significance.

Day 4: Kompong Pluk Floating Village + Artisan D'Angkor

Explore the floating village of Kompong Pluk on Tonle Sap Lake in the morning, where you can experience traditional fishing life and observe bird species such as the Stork-billed Kingfisher and the Black-crowned Night Heron. After lunch at a local restaurant (on your own account), visit Artisan D'Angkor, a craft center dedicated to preserving traditional Khmer arts and providing vocational training for young Cambodians.

Day 5: Phnom Kulen National Park

Travel to Phnom Kulen National Park to visit the River of a Thousand Lingas, an ancient riverbed adorned with sacred carvings. Next, see the impressive reclining Buddha statue at Preah Ang Thom Temple. After lunch at a local restaurant (on your own account), relax at the Phnom Kulen Waterfall, a beautiful natural spot with turquoise waters perfect for swimming and enjoying the serene environment.

Dress Code Information: To enter the temple complex, please wear long pants that cover your knees and a long-sleeved shirt that covers your shoulders. Shorts and sleeveless tops are not allowed.
