Day 1: Highlight Main Temples - Angkor Small Circuit Tour

Morning Temple Tour:

Bayon Temple (8:00 AM): Start your day at the iconic Bayon Temple in Angkor Thom, renowned for its 200+ stone faces of Buddha, each with a unique expression. Marvel at the intricate carvings and serene ambiance.
Angkor Thom Complex: Continue your exploration through the Angkor Thom complex:
Baphuon Temple: Admire this large temple-mountain dedicated to the Hindu god Shiva, known for its impressive pyramid shape.
Phimeanakas: Visit this ancient royal temple known for its steep stairs and historical significance as part of the king's palace.
Elephant Terrace: See this long, stone platform adorned with carvings of elephants, used for royal ceremonies and public events.
Terrace of the Leper King: Explore this terrace featuring statues of deities and mythical creatures, named after a king who was believed to have had leprosy.
Preah Palilay Temple: Experience the quiet and serene atmosphere of this lesser-visited temple, surrounded by lush greenery.
Lunch Break:

Local Restaurant: Enjoy a leisurely lunch at a local restaurant (cost on your own).
Afternoon Temple Tour:

Ta Prohm (1:30 PM): Visit the famous Ta Prohm, known for its dramatic appearance with trees growing out of the ruins, famously featured in "Tomb Raider." The temple offers a unique blend of nature and architecture.
Angkor Wat (3:30 PM): Conclude your day at the magnificent Angkor Wat Temple, the largest religious monument in the world. Explore its detailed bas-reliefs and expansive inner courtyards, and enjoy the breathtaking sunset views over the temple complex.

Day 2: Lost Wonder Temples – Koh Ker and Beng Mealea

Morning Temple Tour:

Koh Ker Group (8:00 AM): Begin your exploration of the Koh Ker temple group, known for its remote and well-preserved ruins. Key sites include:
Prasat Thom: The largest temple at Koh Ker, featuring a towering pyramid structure.
Prasat Lingka: Notable for its ancient sandstone sculptures and intricate carvings.
Prasat Pram: A cluster of five temples, famous for its overgrown, jungle-clad appearance.
Lunch Break:

Local Restaurant: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant (cost on your own).
Afternoon Temple Tour:

Beng Mealea (1:30 PM): After lunch, visit Beng Mealea, a largely unrestored temple that offers a glimpse into the jungle’s reclamation of ancient structures. Explore its maze-like corridors and overgrown ruins, which provide a dramatic and picturesque experience.
Return to Siem Reap (4:00 PM): Head back to Siem Reap and conclude your tour.

What to bring for entering the entire area of Angkor Park : Comfortable Shoes, Sunglasses, Sun hat.

Dress Code Information: To enter the temple complex, please wear long pants that cover your knees and a long-sleeved shirt that covers your shoulders. Shorts and sleeveless tops are not allowed.
